Smart Core Interconnect Knowledge

S.C.I.T. technology is implemented at Kaziranga Ply to make all our products Gap-Free. Core veneers are one of the main raw materials in making plywood; at Kaziranga Ply we just do not place Core by Core instead we Smartly Interconnect Core to Core to build Gap-Free products. Gap-Free quality gives mazboot bonding to Kaziranga Ply Products and increases their durablilty.

Smart core interconnect technology is a technology where cross core is assembled at right angles to the face veneer and is glued on both sides while assembling the plywood where as panel core is assembled parallel to the face veneer and is not glued but interconnected by strong fastener pins.

New XL4XM Process

XTRA LAYERS FOR XTRA MAZBOOTI

Kaziranga Ply has introduced this completely new process in the industry for crafting Xtra bonded and Xtra strong plywood. At Kaziranga Ply, all our ply construction consists of Xtra core veneer layers plus Xtra glue lines which intensify that all our products are Xtra Mazboot with complete Mazbooti ki guarantee.

It is easy to break a single stick but when a bunch of sticks are tied together it becomes almost impossible to break it with the applied force.

100 % Termite Resistant

Any kinds of termites or wood-eating insects are the biggest enemy of plywood. Kaziranga ply uses strong chemicals which acts as a poison for all kind of termites and make kaziranga ply 100% termite proof plywood.

Complex chloro – organo phosphorous compound is used in glue line. It assures toxicity in every layer thus inhibiting borers to attack any kind of wood.

120 Month Warranty

At Kaziranga Ply we make all our products with ultra care and technique. We always believe in delivering the best to our esteemed customers. Therefore, to ensure and sustain complete faith & loyalty to our customers Kaziranga Ply promises 120 month warranty on all our products.

This warranty applies only to Kaziranga Ply products and does not cover accessories, fixtures, insulation, goods or any other materials not manufactured by us.

Notifications of defects leading to warranty claims shall be checked by the manufacturer in order to determine the reasons for such defects.Terms & conditions apply.
